PRECAUTIONS

  • Do not apply the coating on the surface dusty winds.
  • Do not apply curing water on the surface with pressure.
  • Do not apply cement coat on old painted and lime surface.
  • Do not apply the coating when there is excess water on the surface.

PREPARE

  • Remove all loose adhering material/dust from the wall.

  • Wet the surface before application of “CASTLE White Cement” application.

  • The wet mix should be consumed within one hour of the preparation

APPLY

  • Water-Cement ratio 0.8:1 to 1:1 is proposed and mixed properly.

  • For the better result apply two-three coats.

  • The next coat should be applied within 24 hour after drying of previous coat.

  • The surface should be cured properly with clean water after 6 to 8 hour of each cement wash coat applications.

  • For better results, the final coat should be water cured for 4-5 days at regular intervals.
